Architectural Design by MVRDV
The world-renowned Dutch architecture studio MVRDV has worked to bring Tirana Boulevard to life in a distinctive way, shaped by the Urban Room concept positioned at the centre of the building.
Architecture and Building Design
The architecture was conceived by Winy Maas of the international studio MVRDV, in collaboration with Uno Architects.
The modern design combines elements of Albanian cultural heritage with contemporary architecture.
The building’s signature feature is the “Urban Room”, inspired by the traditional Albanian carpet.
